How do Hetti Smith Gift cards work?

Select the dollar amount you want on your gift card from the options available. Next, add the gift card to your cart and purchase it through the checkout.

 After your purchase is complete you will receive an email that contains a digital gift card with a unique code that you can use to purchase anything available in Hetti Smith’s online store. If you do not see the gift card in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder as it may be filtered there. 

To redeem the value of a gift card you simply need to enter the gift cards unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case sensitive.

The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order.

Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.

When you redeem your gift card, the checkout will display one of the following options:

• If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you will be able to click Complete order.
• If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the remaining balance before placing the order.

 Please note Hetti Smith does not offer physical gift cards. This is a digital gift card only. If you are wanting to give the gift card as a physical product, you can print out a copy of the email which contains your unique gift card code and give this to the recipient.

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
