Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

If the product you ordered was not as specified, you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. We cannot however accept returns for change of mind or change of size due to our products being handmade.

Custom made orders and any order made with fabric supplied by the customer will not be eligible for return.

If a refund is your preference, the refund will not be processed until item has been returned and inspected to be in original condition.

If an exchange is your preference, the product you choose to exchange to may need to be made and additional waiting times may apply.

Please return your item/s via post within 7 days of the date your claim was approved.

Hetti Smith does not cover the cost of return postage or packaging. The shipping and handling costs of your original order are also non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition, or they will not be eligible for return or exchange.
