Shipping Policy

 I use Australia Post to deliver my orders.

 An untracked envelope option is available only for purchase of any single accessory only. If ordering multiple accessories they will be sent in a small tracked satchel.

 The size of Satchel you require will be worked out at the checkout based on what you have ordered. If an error occurs and you are charged for a medium satchel when you only require a small, a refund of the price difference will be processed.

 Shipping prices are as follows:

 Untracked envelope: $2.00

Small Satchel: $11.80

Small express satchel: $15.30

Medium Satchel: $15.80

Medium express satchel: $19.80

Large Satchel: $19.85

Large express Satchel: $32.35

Shipping prices are subject to change. A review of shipping prices takes place at the end of each financial year and are updated according to changes in Australia post shipping rates.

When an item ordered is made and ready to post, it will be posted within 24hrs of your order being placed. When a made to order item is ordered it will be posted within 24hrs of it being made.

 If you purchase ready made items at the same time as items that are made to order, your order will be shipped once the entire order is complete.

Please note during our busier times, made to order items can take up to 3 weeks to complete so this needs to be considered when estimating a delivery date.

If choosing express post, this only applies to the speed of delivery once your order is made and ready to post. If choosing express post this does not mean I will make your order immediately as a priority over any other orders I have.

 If you would like to have your order made as a priority an additional $10.00 Rush fee will apply. This can be organised after placing your order via emailing me at hetti.smith@outlook.com.

Free local pick up

If you would like to pick up your order, you can select local pick up at the checkout and save on postage costs. You will still need to put in your address during the checkout phase of your purchase. I will get in touch with you via the email you provide to arrange a mutually suitable pick up time once your order is ready. 

Delivery to Warwick hospital 

If you are an employee of the Warwick hospital, I may be able to deliver your completed order to you by bringing it with me on my next rostered shift, if we happen to be working the same day.

I prefer a face to face delivery rather than leaving your order at the hospital for you to collect at a later date. If you choose to have me leave your order somewhere at the hospital for you to collect, I hold no responsibility if it is lost or stolen between the time I deliver it to the agreed location and when you go to pick it up. 

Delivery to the Warwick hospital is not always available and whether your order will be delivered to the Warwick hospital will be up to the discretion of Heather Smith. In the case where delivery is not an option local pick up will be available for you to collect your order. 

If you would like me to deliver your order to the Warwick hospital please click local pick up at the checkout, and get in touch with me via email or my social media accounts to see if we can arrange a mutually convenient delivery day/time. 

I do not offer delivery to any other locations. 

Pre orders

If you have ordered an item/items that are indicated to be pre orders, I will ship these orders once they are complete either after the date specified or earlier if I am able to complete them prior to that date.

If you have ordered items that are pre order as well as additional items that are not pre order I will be in touch via email to enquire whether you would like the non pre order items shipped as soon as they are ready (without the pre order items included). In this case I will need an additional payment for postage to be made to cover the cost of shipping the pre ordered items at a later date once they have been made. If you do not want to pay two lots of postage all items will be shipped together once the pre order items are complete.
