Can I change my size or style after placing my pre-order?

Because we order fabric specifically to match each pre-order, we’re unable to make changes to size, style, or fabric choice once the fabric order has been placed at the end of the month. Please double-check your order details carefully before checking out.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Once your fabric has been ordered and printed (which happens at the end of each month), we’re unable to cancel your order as the fabric has been custom printed just for you. If you contact us before the end of the month, we may be able to cancel—please email us as soon as possible if needed.

 How long will my pre-order take?

Pre-orders typically take 8–12 weeks to complete, with this timeframe beginning at the end of each month, when fabric orders are placed.

The exact timeframe can vary depending on the artist’s designs you’ve chosen, as each fabric arrives at different times. Teggun Ashleigh fabrics usually take 8–10 weeks to reach my studio, while Karina and Kind fabrics arrive a little sooner, in 6–8 weeks.

Once the fabric arrives, I begin sewing your pre-order right away. Depending on how many orders are in the queue, sewing usually takes an additional 7–14 days.

 Will I get tracking when my scrub set ships?

Absolutely! As soon as your order is ready and on its way, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details.

 Why does it take so long?

Every scrub set is custom made and slow fashion by design. Your fabric is printed on demand (not mass-produced or sitting in a warehouse), and your scrubs are handmade right here in Australia. It’s all part of making sure you get something truly unique, high quality, and worth the wait.
