Thank you so much for placing a pre-order with Hetti Smith! Below is everything you need to know about how our pre-order process works, and where your order is currently at in the timeline.
How Our Pre-Order Process Works:
Monthly Fabric Orders:
At the end of each month, we place a fabric order with Australian artists Teggun Ashleigh and Karina and Kind. We only order the exact amount of fabric needed for that month’s pre-orders.
Custom Printed Just for You:
After you place your order, your chosen fabric is custom printed just for you.
Karina and Kind designs take around 6–8 weeks to arrive at Hetti Smith HQ, while Teggun Ashleigh fabrics take a little longer at 8–10 weeks.
This timeframe includes everything - from fabric production, to shipping it to the artist for quality checks, and finally to me - so your scrubs are made with care every step of the way.
Production Time:
Once the fabric arrives at Hetti Smith HQ, your scrub top/set will be handmade with care. We aim to have your order sewn and shipped out as quickly as possible after the fabric arrives. This time frame varies depending on the number of pre-orders that need to be made and other orders needing fulfilling during that time. A typical time frame is 7-14 days.
This table highlights when your order will likely be ready depending on when you order.
Occasionally, we place fabric orders outside the regular pre-order schedule to restock popular designs that have sold out.
These restocks are intended for our in-stock Made-to-Order scrub tops and sets.
While awaiting arrival, these designs will be available for pre-order. To distinguish them from other pre-orders, their titles will include the expected arrival month at Hetti Smith. For example, “Fairy Bread Scrub Top (July Pre-Order)” indicates the fabric shipment is expected to arrive at Hetti Smith in July.
